Protecting public access to SW Florida waterways

Public waters, real pressure

Southwest Florida's waterways are held in public trust — but that doesn't mean access takes care of itself. Growth, competing interests, and unclear or inconsistently enforced policy can all put pressure on the places people have paddled, boated, and explored for generations. We believe the best defense is an informed one: clear research, public education, and a community that understands its rights and shows up for them.
